Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or an exchange. Unless it is being returned due to manufacturer or printing defect, we will not refund your original shipping costs. We are not responsible for return shipping costs incurred. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All return and exchanges must be postmarked within sixty (60) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

When returning or exchanging merchandise to Steez Brand, please keep a record of the tracking number to ensure proof of delivery. If the package cannot be located, you will be asked to produce this tracking number. If you are unable to produce a tracking number that confirms delivery of a Steez Brand purchase, a return or exchange will not be processed.


You can exchange unwashed, unaltered items within 60 days of the date of delivery, send it back to:

Include a note with name, order number, and with what size(s) you want instead. Upon receiving the exchange, you will be emailed an invoice to pay for return shipping. For one t-shirt, you will be invoiced $5.00. For one hoodie or multiple items, you will be invoiced $9.00. Once the invoice is paid, we will process the exchange. . If it has been longer than 60 days since the item was purchased, we unfortunately cannot exchange or refund you for it. If the size or item you are requesting is out of stock when we receive your exchange, you will be refunded the cost of the item(s). Contact us if you have any questions.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened music items
  • Worn or washed apparel
