Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, less the original shipping amount, or an exchange. 

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For domestic orders, we're happy to provide a prepaid return label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund.

All return and exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Exchange process

We want to ensure your exchange experience is seamless and hassle-free. Follow the steps below to process an exchange:

  1. Request a Return:

    • Log in to your account at account.steezbrand.com and request a return for the item(s) you wish to exchange.

    • Alternatively, you can email us at hello@steezbrand.com with your order details to initiate the return.

  2. Place a New Order:
    Once your return request has been processed, place a new order for the item(s) you wish to receive in exchange.

  3. Discount Matching:

    • If your original order included any discounts, we’re happy to honor them on your exchange.

    • Just reach out to us at hello@steezbrand.com, and we’ll provide you with a discount code to apply to your new order.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least ten (10) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Opened music items
  • Worn or washed apparel
